Does this sound familiar?

Ask yourself honestly:

  • Do you feel unhappy, lonely and/or empty most of the time?

  • Do you tend to put other people’s wants and needs before yours?

  • Do you or have you struggled with drugs, alcohol, shopping, sex or other forms of addiction?

  • Do you only feel better when in a relationship or dating someone?

  • Are you comfortable with being alone? Do you feel lonely and alone?

  • Is your self-esteem bolstered by outer/other influences (people, looks, material things)?

You don’t have to go through this alone.

What is codependency?

Codependency refers to excessive emotional or psychological reliance on another person, a substance or behavior. It is defined when someone becomes so preoccupied with someone else that they neglect themselves.

The common belief is that something outside of yourself can bring you happiness and fulfillment. This is an unhealthy and dysfunctional way to live.

From my practice

I have seen first-hand the devastating effects that codependency brings. It can get so pervasive that it can literally suck the life out of you.

How we’ll work together

Together, you will learn self-empowerment techniques and how to increase your self-esteem, heal your loneliness, learn how to set and stick to boundaries and much more. Whether you are in a relationship, part of the LGBTQ community, or single, you don’t have to repeat patterns and you can heal from this dynamic.
