Start Your Healing Journey
Taking the first step toward growth requires courage. I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space as you navigate the path to restoration.
Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider for all PPO and POS insurance plans. This type of plan typically allows you to see any therapist you choose. Your insurance will reimburse you a percentage of that service. It is usually covered at 60–90% of what your insurance deems medically necessary. There is often a medical deductible that needs to be met before the reimbursement.
- Most clients receive between 60% and 90% reimbursement for session costs after meeting their deductible.
- We provide all necessary documentation (superbills) and assist with the completion of insurance forms to streamline your reimbursement process.
Services & Fees
My clientele consists mostly of those referred by a previous client who had a positive and healing experience. I am selective about which clients I accept in my professional practice, as my expertise consists of many holistic and full mind-body-spirit techniques. I ask that you spend time looking at what your choices are to find the right expert and specialist for your needs. My services are very fairly priced, considering the rapid improvement that my clients experience, 30+ years of experience, thousands of clients served with positive results, and my advanced training and expansive multi-modality approach.

The Therapy Process
Participation in therapy can result in a number of benefits to you, including improving interpersonal relationships and resolution of the specific concerns that led you to seek therapy. Working toward these benefits, however, takes effort on your part. Psychotherapy requires your very active involvement, honesty, and openness in order to change your thoughts, feelings and/or behavior. Sometimes more than one approach can be helpful in dealing with a certain situation. During therapy, remembering or talking about unpleasant events, feelings, or thoughts can result in you experiencing some discomfort or strong feelings.
Therapy is most often rewarding, hope-instilling and life-changing. It also involves a commitment of time, energy, and money. We maintain our cars, homes, and our physical body; however, our emotional and mental state may not be considered as important. I would argue that it is even more important.
Our mutual commitment
My commitment to you
- I fully commit to physically and emotionally show up and be fully present. I understand that this time is all about you and your needs.
- I will not answer phone calls, emails, etc. during your time, unless it is an urgent matter.
- I will not eat lunch during your time.
- I will not talk about myself during your time — again, this is “Your” time.
Sadly and unfortunately, these are all experiences clients have had with other therapists that discouraged them from returning.
Your commitment to yourself
- Show up for your scheduled appointment time.
- Come to your appointment with an open mind, with any questions or reservations you have.
- Prepare to do some great work together. Please understand that at times it will be tempting to cancel (this is usually when the biggest breakthroughs are about to happen).
- Complete homework exercises or follow through on other complementary services discussed in your appointment to the best of your ability.
Cancellation Policy
Our office runs smoother and easier when we all work together. Please understand that when you schedule an appointment with our office, that time is committed and set aside for you. We understand that sometimes things happen or you may have changed your mind. If this should happen, we ask that you kindly give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can schedule someone else who may need that appointment.
Cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If you are unable to adhere to this, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed appointment.
A credit card will be held on file in case of a missed appointment.
